Architecture for the Blind

Posted in General Architecture by michaelwalch on 15 February, 2010

One of my former bosses, Chris Downey, lost his sight as a result of a surgery.  Chris is one of the most driven people I’ve ever met, and a great designer.  Since losing his sight, he’s started his own design consultancy for architecture for the blind.  He’s been profiled before, but this video segment just aired on San Francisco’s ABC station.

Chris’ Architecture for the Blind website.
